HITCHHIKE Faux Snickers Bars
Need a treat? Forget real Snickers bars. You can make some raw vegan ones in under 15 minutes! They taste friggin amazing. I mean just LOOK at that chocolate crackle on the top!

HITCHHIKE FAUX SNICKERS BARS
✨For the base, press 3 Hitchhike Superfoods bars into a lined container. Stick it in the fridge to chill.
✨To make the caramel: blend 1 cup of pitted dates with 1 cup of water in a food processor. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
✨Add 1/2 tsp of salt & 1 3/4 cup slivered almonds into the caramel. Stir well to combine.
✨Pack the caramel almond mixture on top of the HH crust. Pop it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
✨Melt a bowl of dairy free chocolate (this can really be as much as you’d like depending on how much you’d like the cover the bars.)
✨After frozen, remove the block from the container. Slice it into squares.
✨Either dip the entire square into your bowl of melted chocolate or drizzle it on top. The chocolate should harden almost immediately after it touches the bar because it will still be cold.
