Healthy Dessert: No Bake Chocolate Cashew Tart !

This recipe was inspired by our love for chocolate chess pie, a simple staple dessert in our home for years. But it's loaded with butter, sugar and dairy... Boo :(
So, we created an equally delicious, healthier version that leaves us feeling as satisfied but much better the next morning!
We call this number the No Bake Chocolate Cashew Tart with HITCHHIKE Crust.
Recipe + Instructions:
💣Unwrap two HH bars. Press into a small tart pan. Stick the pan in the refrigerator to harden while you make the filling.
💣For the filling blend: 2 tbsp coconut oil, 5 tbsp almond milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and 4 dates.
💣Dump the blended mixture into a bowl and stir in 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder and 1 tbsp cashew butter.
💣Add the filling into the tart crust and decorate. Ours is drizzled with coconut butter and sprinkled with chopped cashews and cacao nibs on top.
💣For a more solid fudge-like filling let your tart sit in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. However if you prefer a mousse in the middle, stick the tart back in the fridge and it will be ready to eat after 30 minutes.
